Since 2007 with the clothing market blockbuster expansion, unknown clothing brandfrom taobao created the myth of sales with 100 million, 500 million, 1 billion a year,flagellating the sensitive nerve of merchants. Brands speed up the pace of Electroniccommerce for facing such tremendous temptation. However, network marketing andtraditional marketing are differents which network environment is particular tointercommunicate with consumers directly, this making offlin e market incomparable. Somepeople succeed some defeated when facing such kind of market. Thus can be a winner whenwe should know not only the phenomenon and result, but also the reason. Especially theservice marketing has played more and more important position by save cost and cultivatecustomer loyalty to create more profits.In future the competition of network marketing will beturn into the service competition instead price’s. However, cademia which used to the frontierof revolution and there has been seldom study of it in recent years. Businesses eager called forthe guiding theory of practiced.Based on the network composition and service marketing strategy, using of the mostsought-after platform–taobao as the basis of study revolutionary.After studied the masstheory of marketing and industry, then combined with the practice from a yearexperience.Created a originality of network marketing service theory and practice testagain.Finally formated the theory. Research mainly divided into four parts.A: the case analysis method. From dozens of learning objects selected five women’srepresentative brands for analysing the importance of e-commerce marketing services tobusiness.B: practice research. The researchers from Mar 2011 employed by a women’s clothingshop "MaiDanQi flagship store" as Store Manager, in charge service marketing.C: theory research. Combination of the studies and my practice then created a completeset of marketing service strategies, and dividing into pre-sale, sale and after-sale three parts.Every part of the structure and its service strategy will be detailed explanation.D: test theory research. The researchers from November 2011 employed to anotherwomen’s clothing shop that opening a half year practical application the theory as customerservice supervisor. The results show that, has the huge increased from the sales, unit price,rate of repurchases to repurchase rate and customer ratings by using the theory within twomonths, this proof of the feasibility of the theory.This study not only provides a new perspective for the network marketing research andall-around understanding the customers satisfy the customer demand, increase customersatisfaction and loyalty brings revelation to businesses. Pre-sale service is the foundation ofthe marketing, sales service as a trade and the interaction process is the key in sales andafter-sales service is an important means of effective retaining customers, the three dependson each other.
