The 7-Ps or Extended Marketing Mix of Booms and Bitner is a Marketing Strategy tool have added the following 3 additional Ps to the original Marketing Mix in the 50th of the twenty centery. It combins 7 factors, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process. And now it becamed the core of service marketing.The telecommunication operation industry is subordinate to service trades. The telecommunication operation supplier mainly provides service that appears more and more important under the influence of the intensified market competition and the development of network technology, so the telecommunication marketing is a kind of typical service marketing. NGN is the network of the next generation, and it will provide a comprehensive business mixed audio data with video network. Following the prevalence of NGN network, the traditional operation supplier will lose his resource advantage gradually, all of the operation enterprises will provide the products of reaching unanimity. Under the circumstances of network mentioned above, the current traditional operation supplier will consider one key problem that is what kind of the service operation strategy can achieve the competitive advantage, which is also the research purpose of this article.The article has an analysis of 7P' s service marketing strategy theory.
