Sales of vehicle insurance in the past has been based on four main channels, which are individual insurance agents, garage, groups, and agent channels.With the rapid development of global information networks, the Internet, market enable consumers to obtain information more conveniently. People’s consumption mode also changed a lot. Between the past five to eight years, telesales were highly accepted by consumers for its higher efficiency,lower cost and technological means. The rapid development of networks and mobile in recent years has gradually become important sales channel of all insurance companies. However, the productivity of internet sales is so low, and how to improve it is not clear for almost every company. Moreover, there is little literature about this topic, and the paper is going to fill this gap based on Pingan company.This paper firstly introduces the overview of network marketing and the sales network development of the insurance company, through the analysis of Pingan online sales status and the we get for the trend of online sales, which are the base of optimization.Then, with the 4P marketing theory, the paper fully explore the network marketing’s product,pricing, place and sales promotion; especially in terms of the optimization methods, which introduce the methods such as search engine optimization, E-mail, word of mouth, online advertising marketing and so on.The tools of optimization of this research focus on sales process optimization, management of received customers, internal team building, optimization of professional words, and enhancement of the customer experience and so on. It discussed how to get sustainable development of network marketing with the use of large amounts of company data, icons, and optimization scheme. Which will gradually improve the amount of received customers on internet,make it retained an transformed, gradually establish the sustainable development mechanism.Secondly, the paper make the analysis in the development and sources of mobile business. It also analyzed companyfuture in the mobile marketing. Although there is no breakthrough in the development right now, but judged by the trends and development prospects, the future development will be a breakthrough nature.Finally, the paper analyzed the future positioning and development direction of PINGAN’s network marketing, which elaborated from two aspects, one is how to transfer business to online sales, comprehend customers and enhance the customer’s experience, and the other one is how to build the company’s brand and make the sustainable management of customers.
