Structural health monitoring system can be divided into sensor subsystem,data acquisition and transmission subsystem, data management subsystem and evaluation and early warning subsystem, each subsystem has its own equipment,function and information, its software provided by equipment manufacturers can only realize the function of the specific applications, the whole system do not have expansibility and universality, the information is scattered and the function is not harmonized. Aiming at solving this problem, this paper design the structural health monitoring system for modular development based on the Lab VIEW development platform, and integrate the whole system, establish a unified, human-computer interaction interface, aimed to improve the efficiency of system development, enhance the system’s versatility, extensibility, and intelligent.This paper focus on the data acquisition methods in structural health monitoring system based on the Lab VIEW development platform, including temperature, acceleration, and wind pressure, realized the interaction of the monitoring software with different interface data acquisition equipment. Put forward the method to solve complex acquisition parameters initialization problem and software basic configuration problem based on INI configuration file, and through the INI configuration file to achieve the multi-channel acquisition parameters initialization. Established center database of SQL Server2005, stored the monitoring data in the center database through Lab VIEW development platform, achieve to manage a large amount of monitoring data in the database and interaction of each subsystem information. Study the visualization design methods based on the Lab VIEW development platform,realized the real time monitoring data collection and display through the form and waveform figure, through 3d image operations to achieve the structure 3d model display.Research on the structural health monitoring data analysis and structural safety assessment methods, assessment method, according to the structure stress implementation, achieving the stress threshold extraction based on the Lab VIEW development platform, through Lab VIEW development platform imported historical stress assessment of the monitoring data, display of the abnormal monitoring data and to early warning. Large-span spatial structure is studied in the principle of analytic hierarchy process and analysis steps, through Lab VIEWand MATLAB mixed programming technology, realized intelligent algorithm combined with the monitoring system and intelligent monitoring data processing.Research on the report generation method based on the Lab VIEW development platform, the structural stress safety assessment report can be automatically generated.According to the opera house of zhuhai health monitoring project, this part study the subsystem modular development methods, developed the stress and temperature, acceleration and the wind pressure data acquisition module, realized the simulation data collection, and establish a central database to unified management of monitoring data, developed the structure of the opera house in zhuhai 3d model visualization module, realized the import of large structure model and three-dimensional display, developed software login system for the health monitoring system, guaranteed the safety and reliability of the system information; Research on the methods of system integration, the opera house in zhuhai health monitoring each subsystem integration, realized the operation and management of each module in the same interface.
