At present, based on the extraordinary merit in safety and economical efficiency, the healthmanagement technology has been concerned more and more. As a new technology, there's manytechnical obstacles faced with the research of health management. The key problems include thesystem architecture, the monitoring methods, diagnosis methods, the system object managementmethod and the system realization method. According to these key problems, the road of aviationstructural health management realization research has been carried out in this paper, and a typicalaviation structural health management has been built. And the functional verification on a big platestructure has been carried out. The research work involved in this paper can be instructive to therealization of actual structural heal management system. As a road of method, it can also be applied toother sub system of an actual aircraft.The main works and novel researched performed in this dissertation include:(1) A type of structural health management system architecture based on the open service platformhas been proposed in this paper. The concept, theory and flow are given. A typical SHM architecturehas been proposed which composed of ground part and onboard part. The typical SHM systemarchitecture has been showed to exemplify the system hardware constitution, data flow and thefunction of each module.(2) The monitoring methods adopted in SHM system are researched. As a typical research object, abig aviation aluminum plate is adopted. The integration of different monitoring methods has beenproposed. The method of strain field monitoring, bolt loosening monitoring and impaction monitoringare researched and verified.(3) The diagnose methods adopted in SHM system are researched. The Euclidean minimumdistance pattern recognition method, the Radial Basis Function Neural Network and the Least SquareSupport Vector Machine method are researched for their theory and application. And the training andverification of the method have been carried out based on the data obtained in the actual experiments.The comparison of the three methods is been done.(4) The health management technology based on knowledge is researched. The theory of theknowledge management for health management is proposed. The problem solving model is proposed.The health management knowledge constitution model is researched. The task configuration methodand the process is proposed. The knowledge representation method is researched. The ontology representation method in SHM is proposed. The ontology involved in SHM has been built. Thedynamical Case Based Reasoning method is proposed along with the theory and process. The relatedcases have been built.(5)The realization of MAS structural health management system is researched. The Knowledgebased SHM system architecture is proposed. The MA SHM architecture is proposed. The realizationin software and hardware of agent involved the system is researched. The MAS SHM operationalprocess is proposed. A diagnosis method based on the MAS and voting data fusion has been proposed.The concept of belief of the SSA diagnosis is proposed and together with the formula. The MAS instructural health management is designed, and also with the cooperation method and data fusionmethod. The voting data fusion process has been proposed. The voting process in MAS is designed.The verification of the MAS SHM system is researched. The overall working process of the MASSHM system is showed. The validity of the voting method has been verified by the actual monitoreddata. |
