Structural health monitoring can monitor the structural status by the advanced sensors/actuators network integrated in the structure. We can judge whether the internal of the structural and its performance is changed through the analysis of the monitoring results. This process for the purposes of the safely using the structure. At present, according to the monitoring method, monitoring system can be divided into two monitoring ways, one is passive monitoring another is active monitoring. In this paper, we explore the principle of Lamb wave structural health monitoring, and study the existing Lamb wave structure health monitoring system and their interfaces selection. At last we propose the Lamb wave active / passive collaborative integrated structural health monitoring system. The research contents of this paper can be summarized as the following aspects:(1) Introducing the research background and content of structural health monitoring. Then focusing on the realization of active and passive integration technology system based on Lamb wave.(2) Illustrating the theory of Lamb wave. And then discussing the principle of Lamb wave monitoring of piezoelectric sensor array. At the same time, we also introduce the principle and architecture of active and passive system(3) Researching the cooperative working mechanism of Lamb wave active and passive monitoring system. Firstly, this paper puts forward of the active and passive cooperative monitoring system based on the research of active system and passive system. Secondly, the mechanism of the passive and active systems are introduced. At last, this paper introduces the working procedure of the system, and points out the monitoring mechanism of coordination of the active and passive system.(4) Studying the design of integrated structural health monitoring system. Analysising of the functional properties of active and passive collaborative system module and control and implementation methods; according to the principle of the monitoring system,we design the signal conditioning module for the system,which mainly discusses the hardware design of amplification module of response signal; according to the functional requirements of the system, we design the system control module, in order to realize the active and passive cooperative control of the design system, this part mainly is the hardware design of the relay control module.At last, according to the demand of function module for power supply, the overall power supply of the system is designed.(5) Designing the software of the integrated system. According to the design principle and the cooperative mechanism of the active and passive monitoring system, we design the software program of the collaborative system. It mainly aims at the software design of sending signal fron the data acquisition card and signal acquisition. In view of the characteristic of the collaborative system, designing the program of the collaborative control process.(6) Verifying the design system through experiment. First of all, we do a comparative experiment, in order to compare and analysis the experimental results. Secondly, doing experiment witn the decision of the active and passive collaborative system, and then we analysis the experimental results. At last, according to the experimental data, the experimental imaging results are presented.
