With the development of science and technology, the scope of the application of combustible gas is becoming more and more wide, which has been gradually popularized in industrial control automation production and family life. But once the combustible gas leak will threaten people’s lives and property, causing irreparable damage and casualties. Therefore,whether the combustible gas alarm condition is good and whether the data is accuracy and reliability, play an important role to prevent safety accidents of life.The current industrial combustible gas alarm detection has the shortcomings of off-line detection, low detection accuracy, poor reliability, and the production process cann’t maintain the accuracy of the data and so on. Accordingly, based on the analysis of traditional industrial detection system, a set of control system for the production line of combustible gas detector is developed in this paper. First of all, the overall demand for control system is analyzed to design the overall framework and workflow. And then discussing the ways of how to ensure the control of system collection, the accuracy of the processing data and the consistency of transmission and communication data. Finally the design of control system of each subsystem, focusing on the development of detection subsystem and the communication among subsystems to achieve the purpose of batch automatic detection and and the accurate and consistent of each link data.Focusing on the the accuracy of the calibration data and the inspection, repairment, and the consistency problem of server-subsystems upload distribution storage data, this paper has analyzed the three links of the data acquisition, processing and storage. The design of the detection chamber and the method to filter the interference effectively are adopted in the link of data acquisition and processing. Combining the consistency characteristic of the data upload and distribution between the data of the subsystem of the control system, Selectning One-way sync from client only upload data, and select One-way sync from server only distribution data.Designing the SyncML synchronization engine adaptivly, undering the requirements of the control system.the SyncML data synchronization protocol is improved in the link of the data transmission and communication. Based on the detecting header data digest algorithm, the data dissemination mechanism based on the data digest and the data distribution mechanism based on the difference method are proposed, and the data conflict detection method and the processing strategy are formulated. This paper uses a variety of methods to ensure the accurate and consistent of the product data in the entire management and control system reliably and effectively.The testing of the Production practice shows that the production line control system has the characteristics of high reliability, high accuracy, strong real-time, and can meet the requirements of the design of the control system, which has a high practical value and has a certain reference value for the automation and precision of the industrial control.
