| Numerical control system is an important backbone of industrialization production,which has played a very positive role in the development of heavy industry of our country. The development of numerical control can be divided into three periods, one is the early times of the traditional numerical control, one is then DNC network numerical control,another is now the era of mobile wireless network numerical control. On the basis of network numerical control system which has developed completely and put into use by the project team and mobile wireless network numerical control system,the topic has explored and realized the network function of numerical control system,studied the function of numerical control system of the remote management related.This topic has put forward a port mapping technology of network CNC system and selected WIFI as the main communication mode, solving problem that mobile devices in a wide area network can’t access LAN numerical control equipment, expanding the communication scope of numerical control system, and ensuring the real-time data transmission. This topic at the same time has put forward a point-to-point communication flow control scheme, which reduced the difficulty and cost of software development and maintenance. In addition,this topic has also proposed and developed a kind of network numerical control system application layer protocol MobRT, avoiding the loss of data, random sequence,and the problem of glue bag and ensuring the accuracy of the data. The topic has eventually developed the core interactive software of service side, android client software, streaming media monitoring program and database access, realizing the remote LAN numerical control equipment management on mobile devices, and completing functions such as read and write parameters of the network numerical control system, remote monitoring, DNC transmission and so on.The main research contents of this article are as follow:⑴ On the basis of laboratory hardware equipment that actual has, built a simple network numerical control system. As a result of the laboratory existing yaskawaservo driver does not provide a specific protocol TCP communications paradigm, so in a numerical control equipment of the upper and lower for communication, the actual use is common to realize serial communication.⑵ Using the Visual Studio environment and c++ language, develop server core interactive software based on Windows MFC application. Core interactive software with mobile client, the numerical control equipment, the database server, and streaming media server for data interactive to each other.⑶ Using the Visual Studio environment and c++ language, develop streaming media server software based on Windows32 console. Streaming media server build directly on the core interactions in PC software.⑷ Using Visual Studio environment and c++ language, develop database access procedures based on Windows32 console. Windows32 console application is different from the Windows MFC application, the former is based on the command line window without interface program, and the latter has the interface of the program.⑸ Using Eclipse environment and JAVA language, develop the client software based on Android mobile operating system. Client software is used to submit data to server core interaction module operation request, to complete the specific parameters,speaking, reading and writing, motion control, video surveillance, and other functions.Finally, the topic has carried on a simple test to the software, which mainly for concurrency and stability. Results show that the software can withstand a larger concurrency value at the same time, and can access network numerical control system under the network environment, outside to simple NC system to read and write operations, and can view real-time numerical control surveillance video,also can effectively monitor and manage the NC production site, basically completed the requirement of the new type of network numerical control system.
