The Design Of OPC UA Client Based On Android Platform

With the rapid development of industrial automation,the data collection,data transmission and data interaction is becoming more reliable and safer for users during industrial production,while the problem is that the technology has become increasingly complex. With the usage of mobile devices playing an significant role in people’s lives,some intellectual products such as mobile phone,Pad etc is pouring into industrial automation factory.In this thesis,it breaks through the traditional OPC data transfer limit on windows platform.It aims that the designer of OPC UA client based on Android platform by OPC UA Java SDK using integrated address space and more secure data transmission technology,having completed a series of functions.This paper briefly describes the current situation of OPC and OPC UA standard;structure and function of OPC UA specifications on clients;OPC UA Java SDK and then focuses on the development of OPC UA client by Java language on Eclipse environment. It achieves the functions that the server discovery; the server connection, address space browsing, reading the values and draw dynamic graphs and other functions.In addition,introducing the UI interface of this program and completing data display and transmission.In the end,debugging program,optimizing the interface,making the OPC UA client run smoothly and accurately.By analyzing the running results of program and data,proved that the OPC UA’s big advantage in industrial automation system.
