With the development of science and Internet technology, the traditional industrial data monitoring system has been unable to meet the demand of information industry. Cloud platform technology is real-time, cross platform and stability,gradually applying to the industrial data monitoring system. It gradually becomes the mainstream direction of the development in the modern industrial automation field.This thesis bases on a sewerage system as the project background, expounding the application background and significance of the cloud platform technology development industrial field. The sewage treatment plant captures data by PLC control terminal and intelligent instrument. Secondly, the development of industrial cloud platform data monitoring system bases on Web technology, using WebSocket technology to realize the full duplex communication between the Web server and the local server. The system achieves real-time transmission of data in the cloud platform,completing the system cross platform. So the staff not only can use PC to monitor industrial field, but also can monitor the industrial field data with pad, mobile phones and other mobile terminal. Starting from the overall system of sewage treatment plant,the real time data monitoring scheme is selected as the core of B/S model. The scheme uses database access technology and communication protocol technology,realizing sewage treatment plant of real-time data display and historical data display function of sewage treatment plant. At the same time, it solves the problem of real-time data transmission and security of the system in the industrial field. Finally,according to the actual demand of the sewage treatment plant, the scheme of the industrial field data-released system based on the cloud platform is proposed. The system designs the monitoring module, communication module, Microsoft cloud platform module and other software modules. It realizes the remote monitoring of the data in the sewage treatment plant, the data of real-time update, the historical data query, fault data monitoring and other functions.This system uses Visual Studio 2013 as the development environment, C# as the main development language, Sever SQL 2012 for the local database, Azure SQL for the cloud database, Azure Windows as the data platform and ASP.NET technology with the database to design and develop a cloud platform of industrial field data publishing system. The system releases data to the cloud platform. The staff and management personnel of the sewage treatment plant with the network at any time and place of the sewage treatment plant not only can operate and monitor remote data,access, query and other operations, but also can solve the problem of unable to accessthe field data due to the closure of the local server. The project used in the sewage treatment plant has been the actual application, running properly, and confirming the feasibility of the system.
