Research And Implementation Of Message Push System For Mobile Terminal

In recent years, the mobile Internet has been developing very rapidly, and the dissemination of information through the mobile network is more and more common. But the portability of mobile devices makes the real-time requirement of accessing to information become higher, and it also needs to consider the power consumption and the cost of traffic. Therefore, the traditional way of information transmission that the client requests message from the server cannot meet the demand.Based on this, this paper aims to study and implement a mobile pushing system. To transfers the traditional way of client requesting information from the server to a new way of the server pushing the information to the client. The way the server pushing information to the client will greatly improve the real-time of mobile devices to receive information. In this paper, we first study the various techniques used in the mobile pushing system. And then a wide used open source system AndroidPN is choosed as the basis to realize the pushing system.Then on the basis of in-depth understanding of the needs of the push system, this paper designs "offline message push", "the client disconnection recover", "smart heartbeat" and other new features. In which the "offline message push" feature can make the user offline timely recive the notification message when he login again, the "the client disconnection recover" feature can make the client connect to the server reliably in a variety of complex network conditions and the "smart heartbeat" feature allows the client to be able to make the "heartbeat interval" as long as possible in the context of specific network conditions without affecting timeliness the client to receive messages, so that the battery and the traffic cost can be the most province.And after that the push system is integrated into the mobile App "Energy Headlines" to verify the aforementioned several features.
