Health communication in the development of our country has been in continuous deepening and changes, mainly through the three stages of development: health knowledge propaganda period, Health education period, health communication period. Each stage of development, is a qualitative change in the development of health communication. These changes make the public health concept gradually deepened, the audience need to seek health information to guide the daily life, Mass media has become important carrier meet the health demands of audiences. And The spread of TV series regular activities, Let the audience feel accept equality and sharing of information, also make the audience to participate in media use, these features make the television has become an important platform of health communication.Multi-level factors of society, industry, and the audience gave rise to the health development of TV programs, in this paper,based on health communication perspective, in the most representative of the class television program- “the road to health”, as a case, Use healthy propagation model of feedback and the spread of health communication ecology pattern ability, health demands, social participation in three aspects to analyze "the road to health, and summarize the program of health communication features, mainly reflected in: First, health communicators are diversified; second,Health information has the characteristics of scientific, practical and comprehensive; third, The diversity of health communication expression, the use of language symbols and non-linguistic symbols of auxiliary to give health information to the audience, in order to achieve a good spread and effects; fourth, relying on TV platform and extend the platform to expand the program content; fifth, the use of cultural communication strategy and brand management strategy to expand the program and the influence of the spread.In health communication mode and concept of health communication on the basis of “the road to health”, the health of the whole program summary and analysis on the transmission characteristics, put forward some proposals and ideas of development in the future, mainly: first, cultivate professional talents with health communication concept; second, based on the feedback, the integration of information resources; third, improve the health literacy audience, to create a healthy demands; fourth, make full use of family resources, improve the social participation; Fifth, through online, strengthen brand public propagation force.
