The number of Internet users in China has exceeded the number of 688 million up to Dec. 2015. The Internet is a space with the characteristics of openness, freedom, equality, participation and inclusive, in terms of these characteristics, cyber virtual space performs more prominent than the real one’s. Since the Internet of China has fully entered into the Web2.0 era, more and more Internet users participated in producing the Internet content and creating the cultural atmosphere. The mode of Web2.0 era makes the dissemination process of network information more complex with its features of decentration, diversification, personalization, popularization, and with its key idea of equality, freedom, openness, pragmatic, innovation, intervention as well as tolerance. As a carrier of meaning in cyberspace, network language contacts with its users constantly, and netizens are not only the creators of network language, but also the users of it. As one of the network language forms, Internet buzzwords get more preferences and spreading wider and faster. Therefore, the main problem of this paper is how does Internet buzzwords stand out from the great number of the network language and then becoming a special expression form of the network information.In solving this problem, the main study samples in this paper are all selected from the "Chinese Inventory 2012-2015" jointly organized by The National Language Resource Monitoring and Research Center, The Commercial Press and China Network Television. This paper takes qualitative research as the major method to explain the complex network information dissemination process, and then summarizes the general network information dissemination process. In specific research methods, this paper chooses content analysis to observe the text of samples, to explore the explicit and implicit meanings of samples, and to analyse the Internet buzzwords dissemination process, dissemination structure and communication effect from the aspects of disseminators, dissemination causes, transmission channels, communication content. This paper takes Chaos,Fractals and Synergetics as theoretical support, while such theories could well explain the dissemination of information on the network in the nonlinear propagation state. By analyzing the dissemination process of the study samples under the support of such theory, I find the Internet buzzwords’ disseminators present as nodes, the communication content with symmetry-breaking tendency, the route of transmission with self-similarity of fractal patter, and the communication effect with emergent properties of the whole. Chaos, Fractals and Synergetics could also be applied to the dissemination of network information to explain the complex process. Therefore, such study could play a positive role in network information dissemination.
