The Uyghur channel of People’s Central Broadcasting Station has been broadcast since 10 thDec, 1956, gone through 60 years of ups and downs, accompanied by the grows of several generations,has established a high level of credibility as the first broadcasting station. For a long time, The Uyghur channel of People’s Central Broadcasting Station insists on its own strategy such as free news, no false advertising, build first-class team, produce fine program, and create the first-class radio. At the same time, it catches quality inside and established its image outside, has obtained outstanding achievements in both social and economic efficiency. In order to achieve the propose of serve the public, care for people, it also made efforts on the breadth, depth and relevance of the contents. It became "information supermarket “of audience by fully embodies the principle of "close to reality, life, and the masses" and Localization feature.Since December 1,2010, The Uyghur channel of People’s Central Broadcasting Station has been broadcasting 18 hours a day in a comprehensive news frequency, which undertake the responsibility of the spread of the central sound and national culture heritage. Moreover, in order to consider cost savings, the full utilization of human resources in the community to improve the quality and efficiency of the program, some broadcasters sections entrusted to private radio production institutions and universities broadcasts production Company from 2010.The past six years these outsourcing sections enriched content of The Uyghur channel of People’s Central Broadcasting Station with continuous innovation.In this article, basing on Commission theory, The Uyghur channel of People’s Central Broadcasting Station outsourcing program was analyzed by case study, content analyze and interview method. In the view of content, feature, audience, title and announcer etc, those program which “life”、 "Secret archives", "Fame", "Novel Network", "Music for flying", "Universal Music Wind", "learning" was analyzed in detail to see the current status and its role on implementation of commission in broadcast station. In conclusion, this article list out the problem in the development of outsourcing program of The Uyghur channel of People’s Central Broadcasting Station. Combined with the knowledge learned radio and television, provided some reference suggestions to the operation of outsourcing program in the city.
