| With the increasingly use of classified information systems in storing,transmitting and processing classified information,classified information systems are playing an increasingly critical role in secrecy work.It has changed the objects,environment and working methods of secrecy work.The emergence and popularity of classified information systems have greatly improved the efficiency of classified work and facilitated the development of classified work.But some new problems and challenges have emerged.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of classified information systems and make targeted recommendations for their improvement based on the evaluation results.This paper makes a summary about formers’ studies on the use of classified information systems and the application effect of classified information systems.We find that few scholars have conducted a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the application effects of classified information systems currently.Therefore,in order to guide the evaluation of application effect of classified information systems,this paper builds a systematic and complete framework for evaluating the application effect of classified information systems.Firstly,the key concepts involved in the paper are defined.Secondly,through reading and studying a large amount of literature,the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT)are selected as the theoretical basis for the selection of evaluation indexes,combined with cost theory,confidentiality practice and specific confidentiality standards,the evaluation index is determined.We use the Delphi Method to optimise the indicator system and the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method to determine the weights of each indicator.So,an application effect evaluation index system of classified information systems is established.Thirdly,the data are processed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the efficacy coefficient method.In this paper,we evaluate the application effect of classified information systems in Company G by using the application effect evaluation index system mentioned above,which is a state-owned enterprise.The results of the evaluation proves the feasibility and operability of the model.Based on the evaluation results,we proposes several measures to improve the classified information systems in Company G.Finally,the paper concludes with a summary of the research results and future research prospects. |
