Beijing Meteorological Bureau, through the analysis of weather changes in recent years, as well as all annual forecast and forewarning, comes to a final analysis conclusion that the overall prediction accuracy was low and ranked near the bottom in the national review. Therefore, the related leadership of Beijing Meteorological Bureau proposed this requirement according to the experience of other province Meteorological Bureau. According to the research we made a set of quick and convenient forecast warning issued related software, meanwhile the software has the functions to rate and monitor the forecast, in order to ensure the forecast timely and accurate.Nowcasting forecast warning system was developed by using Java language; using OpenMap third-party map checking plug-ins to display the data; the displayed information includes relevant meteorological data such as radar puzzles, automatic stations, lightning positioning and wind profiles. Through template it may forecast the disastrous weather and the general weather, and generate quality score against the forecast warning.In this article, by means of the design and realizing of nowcasting forecast warning system, explained the implementation procedure of the entire system, through sorting out the demand, detailed design, specific code implementation and system testing to complete the development of the system. We demonstrated the parsing and scoring algorithms for variety of meteorological data file format, and improved the forecast warning accuracy and timeliness as well. The data representation also has many future possibilities to be expanded. In the implementation process, it may occur that the design does not conform to the situation in advance; we made the adjustments in a timely manner. Eventually, the system got good application in the Meteorological Bureau.
