Mosaic puzzles are widely used in life,some of the luxury hotels,public square,religious church,and now even ordinary houses roads can see vivid beautiful mosaic art,it is finished by scattered mosaic particles to put together a beautiful pattern,the process is complex,now mainly rely on manual completion.For this traditional way of production,workers engaged in this complex and tedious operation,easy to make people tired,resulting in low production efficiency,and collage mosaic error rate is higher.In this paper,the multi-color mosaic automatic puzzle design of the automated production line to replace the traditional mosaic production process,while achieving the pre-image mosaic of the processing work,so that ordinary people don't understand the art can piecing together their favorite mosaics.1)This paper starts from the production process of mosaic jigsaw puzzle,analyzes the present situation and the shortcomings of the present development at home and abroad,mainly for the square glass mosaic proposed two solutions,through the comparative analysis of the final selection of an efficient,stable and reliable program design.2)In this paper,the mosaic automatic puzzle production line is divided into four units,namely,the feeding unit,sorting unit,puzzle unit,logic control unit,and the unit description of the structure and working principle,to achieve a variety of colors mosaic automatically out Material,front and back recognition,color recognition,damage mosaic detection and automatic puzzle of the whole process.3)This paper proposes an image mosaic algorithm,a source image block classification algorithm,an entropy-based block algorithm,and proposes the different mosaic algorithm for the smooth and non-smooth region images for the complexity of the gray scale of the image.The smoothing region is matched by the color feature,The non-smoothing region matches the debris image by the combination of the texture feature and the color feature,and obtains the better mosaic effect image to prepare the mosaic automatic puzzle color distribution.4)From the hardware platform to produce efficient,cost savings on the production line used in the PLC,the sensor selection and parameter settings,PLC external main circuit design,completed the entire platform PLC programming and debugging,focusing on the production line of automatic feeding process.5)Finally,through the experiment,we can verify the effect of the mosaic algorithm,and run the test parameters of the running parameters.The operating parameters of the production and quality are guaranteed,and the design goal of the mosaic automatic puzzle is basically realized.
