The research content is performed in the context of MITT issuing “based-on cloud-computing for the top-level design of EG public cloud platform”, and in the country selecting 18 provincial places and 59 cities and counties to pilot, as a pilot province, Gansu Province in early 2014 beginning building Gansu Province EG cloud platform.In order to comply with the requirements of the top-level design, meet the needs of Gansu province government cloud construction, build “resource intensive”, “maintenance efficient”, “safe and reliable” cloud platform, in early study of this subject, I have put the research focus on the open source cloud computing technology. Through the in-depth study and comparison of several kinds of cloud computing open source technology architecture, finally this article adopted the fastest growing technology community, the most supporting manufacturers and more mature development of open source cloud computing technology----Openstack Technology framework. The target is, based on open source technology framework, to research one kind of constructions of EG cloud and application solutions.Because of the complexity and continuity of constructions of Gansu province government cloud platform itself, the paper firstly focuses on the application of advanced Openstack technology in computing, storage and identification in the design of this paper. Through the research and application to the related components of Openstack, first realized the cloud of the physical resource and the centralized monitoring and management, and based on this technology to optimize the design and implementation of the stability, reliability, security, achieved the commercial purpose based on open source Openstack cloud management platform. Currently, through the management platform, it has been completed the centralized management to 200 physical servers and 500 T storage space. In Gansu province e-government cloud platform network architecture design is still a mature and stable traditional architecture, but in order to ensure the maintenance of network architecture, the design of the platform based on the traditional network architecture technology, through the reduction, optimize the network level of the way to simplify the network structure, making the platform of network architecture can be maintained and scalable. Finally, in this paper, we have tested the function and performance of the two functional modules, which have been built up in this paper.Gansu provincial government cloud platform has been on-line operation, carrying the Gansu provincial government service network, accurate poverty alleviation and other key government applications system, there are 21 provincial and municipal government agencies to use e-government cloud platform for e-government construction in Gansu province.
