With the development of virtualization, improvement of network bandwidth and extend of computing ability, cloud computing has developed a lot. The cloud computing platform gathers idle computing resources, so that there is a resource pool which customer can get resource from the pool. When the platform processes the task being assigned, it separates these tasks to some nodes in the platform to complete the task via the task-scheduling algorithm. However, the public cloud platform could not customize the algorithm, it has low efficiency in processing task. So, how to build a private cloud platform and improve task scheduling algorithm of load balance are becoming a hot research point.This paper’s goal is improving efficiency in task scheduling of load balance in private cloud platform. Also, it has some research on task scheduling algorithms of load balance and building a private cloud platform. The main content includes:For those frameworks of cloud platform, we choose the frameworks that mostly match our requirement. This paper firstly studies the OpenStack cloud framework, and use it to design and deploy our private cloud platform. In the other hand, this paper also researches the most popular task scheduling algorithm of load balance in cloud platform. It proposes a new algorithm. It sets a new parameter that called "resource efficiency". When the quantity of input DAG task is not large, the algorithm improves the ability of load balance in private cloud platform by reducing part of task complete time.
