In this paper,the problem of electrical equipment layout outside of the safety guardrail of automobile body-in-white manufacturing line was analyzed,cycle time optimization of automobile body-in-white manufacturing line was studied and the problem of welding-spot distribution in the body manufacturing line was explored.For the arrangement of electrical equipment outside the safety guardrail of the automobile body in white manufacturing line and the arrangement of the power cables,the control cables and the panel cables related to the electrical equipment.Create a mathematical model of the relationship between the location of the electrical equipment outside the safety guardrail of the production line and the equipment-related power cable,control cable,and panel cable.A planning algorithm with the lowest cost as the goal under the premise of meeting the needs of production debugging is proposed.Research on the existing production line robot cycle-time optimization method shows that online cycle-time optimization has shortcomings such as long optimization period,low efficiency,affecting production,and difficult to solve the complex working conditions.Furthermore,an upgraded cycle-time optimization method that introduces offline software-assisted cycle-time optimization is proposed.The upgraded cycle-time optimization method can efficiently find the cycle-time bottleneck,safely and stably output the modified robot program and the optimization process does not affect the production,the online verification of the production line is required only during the final verification phase and can solve cycle-time optimization problem of the complex working conditions.The automobile body-in-white manufacturing line under-body GEO station the problem of Verification of rationality of welding spot distribution abstraction into the TSP problem establishing mathematical model by using Ant Colony Algorithm,add a welding spot directional factor to the mathematical model based on the debugging experience,make the welding spot path in the mathematical model be more closer to the welding gun welding path on site.On this basis,a multi-robot welding spot allocation plan is carried out for a under-body GEO station,and the calculation is carried out in MATLAB software to verify the effectiveness of the method.
