With the development of internet of things, engineering machinery industry improves the intelligence level. With the help of GPS positioning technology and GPRS communication technology, a lot of equipments can be linked, exchange data with external objects, and construct the engineering machinery information network.Engineering machinery telematics management system is an application system based on engineering machinery information network. In recent years, the development of telematics management system is very rapid. Because the system is more powerful on work condition monitoring and remote control, it could provide technology support for R&D, quality, credit, service and market departments.Telematics management system has become an important part of enterprise information management system, it promotes the development of enterprise.Through the analysis of enterprise’s actual needs, the system enhances the flexible, vivid, easy maintenance and carrying out enterprise application quickly,which is based on B/S software framework and MVC design pattern. By studying message queue technology, the system could collect data information from the communication server system and save the data in database quickly. This paper analyzes and studies three aspects including model structure, physical implementation and data access, puts forward the design and optimization technology of database. By web service technology and other ways, the data integration between telematics management system and other business systems is successfully realized.This paper expounds the design and implement of engineering machinery telematics management system. The system can help enterprises to better understand and management equipments. Through lots of location and work data, the system implements multidimension data analysis, handles business and monitor remotely.Telematics management system improves the product quality and enterprise competitiveness, it has the very good social efficiency and economic efficiency.
