Controling the size of diameter of high temperature resistance filtration materials is an important operation in the production process of high temperature resistance filtration materials. This paper mainly completed the task based on the linear CCD to realize diameter of 60mm of high temperature filter material of non-contact on-line monitoring in the production process of high temperature resistant filter material. The optical signal reflecting the size of diameter of materials was converted to a corresponding electrical signal in real time by linear CCD, the electrical signal after filtering amplifying was input to AD port of microcomputer. finally, I put the converted digital signal input to the PC through the serial RS-232 and used the PC software for data reception and data processing so as to realize real-time monitoring of the material’s diameter.In practice, the author has completed the following work:Combined with the characteristics of this subject (that is a diameter of 60 mm filtering material for online monitoring), the paper put forward the concrete design scheme and focused on the on-line monitoring system based on linear CCD of parts.This paper has Completed monitoring system for optical design, with using a light emitting diode as light source and using a convex lens as the alignment elements to achieve the generation of parallel light.System chose TCD1205D as linear CCD detection devices, it Chose integrated MCU C8051F060 as the chip to drive the CCD and do the AD conversion, and at the same time the RS-232 serial communication was realized.Based on Labview, the PC software has been writen, using the differential algorithm has realized the data of the boundary, and has implements display and storage of date.Through putting a series of standard artifacts in the system of monitoring for calibration, I have analyzed the causes of system errors and amended in a timely manner in order to meet the basic requirements for real-time monitoring of high temperature resistance filtration material diameter.
