| In China, many industry such as metallurgy, curative, cement need stocking and mixing material , and have set up some mathematics models ,another industry such as port, railway, storage working on stocking and transporting ,but a fat lot industries specialty researching integration optimum of mixing and transporting .Now in dire need of solving problem is how to reduce cost and storage funds in precondition of ensuring the quality of blending ore . in fact the problem include of mixing , transporting , stocking, loading and unloading etc. namely optimizing mixing model(optimizing mixing ratio, transporting line, the material socking area deploying in reason), setting up the model for the process of blending . Thereinto, optimizing the mixing model is the pivotal point.At present, there wasn't reported about Optimization of mixing and transport line system at raw material yard inside and outside of our country, there are only similar mixing model in sinter and steel-making plant.Why I want to research the problem is based upon decreases the cost.In the paper, the methods how to manage the raw material fields is devoted .Accord to the Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. Industrial port "s level , with operation research , physical distribution, computer technology how to deal with transport , loading or unloading stockpiling advance an idea .In the paper ,the raw material fields' physical distribution system is departed to three part: optimum burden, the best line, loading and unloading advance, step by range and step by level ,its can be implement so as to improve the product's competition ability.Optimum burden is linear programming by aiming at reducing the cost and control the ore component programming base on the operational research theory; the programming language is visual basic.Optimizing the transport line is based upon optimum burden, the method of optimizing is linear programming, too.There are some innovation: analyzing the different of severalmixing model providing a good and clear technic design trains of thought for other developers. Bringing forward what are the actual optimum mixing model and falling together the optimum burden and transport line as a system, the fruit can be used to guide the produce, there are similarity system in domestic and foreign isn't reported .When the system is succeed ,it can be devote to decreasing the cost of wisco and offering a well-rounded resolving project to domestic and foreign raw material fields. |
