The vibration screens are highlighted in the modern industrial development and have been widely applied.And the enterprise’s economic benefit and safety production are directly affected by the operation conditions of vibration screens.At present,the method of artificial periodic inspection is mainly used in the monitoring running-states of the domestic vibrating screen equipments.Therefore,the research and development of the vibrating screen’s on-line monitoring system has very important value for engineering application.This paper has developed a set of vibrating screen’s on-line monitoring system which is based on STM32 and Personal Computer to monitor and analyse the vibrating screen’s operation condition.This system consists of the host computer and the slave computer:the slave computer is a data acquisition system(DAS) based on STM32,and the host computer is a data analysis and processing system based on PC.This paper is mainly divided into some aspects as follows.1.In order to ensure the synchronization of the vibration data,this system uses AD7606 as the ADC to achieve the 12-channels synchronous sampling;2.The communication between the host computer and the slave computer is based on TCP/IP,and it improves the data transmission rate;3.The host computer that the Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm(FFT) is presented to transfer the sampled data of vibration signal was designed by Delphi,and it effectively has restored the real vibration performance of the vibrating screen;4.In order to solve the task’s lag,the system achieves running the multitask at the same time through using the multi-threading technology;The software and hardware design of this system are introduced in detail.and the real-time sampling of the vibration signal and the vibration analysis have been achieved.The testing result proves that the system’s performance meets the design requirements very well.
