Vibrating screen is widely used in coal,petroleum,metallurgy,chemical and other industries,its efficiency directly affects the progress of the industry.For self-made vibrating screen,in practical application,the main components of the selection and installation there will be some errors,mainly reflected in the selection of exciting motor,eccentric device quality and installation angle size,gear ratio determination,etc.,the change of these factors has great influence on the vibration effect of vibrating sieve.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic characteristics of the vibrating screen,select the range of the parameters of the components,increase the vibration stability,and make the vibrating screen work well.By analyzing the structure and working principle of the single axis,two axis and three axis vibrating screen,the dynamic equation of the vibrating screen was constructed.At the same time,based on the AMESim software,the simulation model of the vibrating screen is established,and the simulation experiment of the vibrating screen is carried out under the different installation modes.Using the control variable method,based on the AMESim software,the vibration direction,amplitude and angular velocity of the vibrating screen were studied under the condition of different rotating speed and eccentric device.Second,the change of the direction of vibration and the shape of exciting force are studied under the condition of changing the speed of the motor,the quality of the eccentric device and the angle of installation.Third,the effect of vibration vibration three axis vibration sieve in different motor speed,gear ratio,eccentric block installation angle of the screen.At the same time,based on the AMESim and ADAMS software,joint simulation of single shaft vibrating screen,change of vibration in different motor speed,eccentric quality,screen angle under the condition of vibration sieve trajectory,angle velocity,amplitude,throwing index.
