In order to improve the scientific and predictable ability of oilfield development, we should track dynamic evaluation and analysis for the o ilfield during the whole developing process, for the need of timely adjusting the corresponding measures to reaching an effective and rational developing level. This paper scientifically finds out a measure for Reservoir Engineering Comprehensive Analysis System based on the extensive selection and serious filter of reservoir engineering methods. This system consists of several parts which cover the whole process of reservoir engineering, for example, the analysis for basic characteristics of reservoir, the analysis for technical limits of reservoir development, the analysis for development situation of reservoir, the analysis for development result of reservoir, economic assessment, and practical utilities. It provides a reliable conclusion with making decisions for oilfield programming, assessment for dynamic track of oilfield development and changes of oilfield development methods.The purpose of this paper is to research a Reservoir Engineering Comprehensive Analysis System which could share information a nd scientifically manage data and process of project based on web platform. The system uses B/S architecture, regards Spring Framework in J2 EE system as a container, integrates Hibernate in data persistence layer, applies Spring MVC which exists in Spring framework as View layer, uses Flex as developing language for Web. The integration of framework is for the design of high cohesion an low coupling, it’s very easy to expand the structure and achieve a good performance. The use of RIA in front platform also enriches user’s experience.The innovation of this system is that the system has two main lines during the overall design, the project management and methodology set. In project management, it aims to evaluate dynamic situation for single reservoir project and data process for system modules. It works as a unit of the reservoir project data and process management. Every user’s project has a separate database which is shared only in this project. Method sets work as a unit of modules in Reservoir Engineering Comprehensive Analysis System. Users select their own module sets in their project according to their data processing needs. The sets can deal with data which are available. It’s synchronized and safely shared during a project and allowed for several methods. The existence of two elements can avoid repeatable data input and improve the computational accuracy and speed.
