Online learning platform is an important supporting medium of networks education. With the popularity of MOOC, how to enrich classroom education has been taken into consideration in universities. Though many universities are configured with learning management system, how to support an online learning platform that is easy to use, participate in and provide supervisory of students’ honesty, is of extraordinary significance for the university.For the reasons mentioned above, in this paper, by researching and analyzing the traditional higher university teaching management system and the MOOC, this paper designed and implemented an enterprise online learning platform, combined with the advantages of the two kinds of systems and the existing enterprise applications. This paper also put forward solutions to access the enterprise cloud disk storage, that is making the resources related to curriculum in system store to the third-party cloud storage and thus achieve the diversification of resource management. The online learning platform implemented in this paper, mainly provides teaching and learning services, which presents classroom education in way of network education. The teaching process of the traditional classroom education is also suitable for the network education, including course assignments submission. At the same time, as for college homework plagiarism which is common in nowadays, with zero tolerance for this kind of phenomenon, this paper introduced the plagiarism detection algorithm, so that detecting plagiarism for homework submitted by each student could be achieved. By this way, this fuction can cultivate the awareness for students of completing courses on their own.The system this paper implemented based on the reconstruction of the original system and also added new functions. Firstly, the logic structure of the original system is redesigned, which solved the high coupling problem. Based on the research of two kinds of systems mentioned above, the system function module is redrew and redesigned. This paper also redesigned the system database structure to solve the high redundancy problem. Secondly, this paper put forward the corresponding solutions to solve the problems of keeping the session management alive and safe access of the integration of third-party platform. Thirdly, since the resource storage is managed by a third party platform, this paper did the research of accessing cloud storage system solution strategy, and provided a cross-domain resource scheduling scheme. Finally, for the homework plagiarism problems in the system, this paper introduced plagiarism detection algorithm, providing the schemes of implementation and application of plagiarism detection, and the homework online marking services.Through testing in this paper and long-term deployment using in multiple schools, the enterprise online learning platform this paper implemented, achieved a good performance.
