Platform Of Higher Education Resources Based On Cloud Storage

At present, China’s higher education resources have some problems which put emphasison construction and ignore the practicality of construction, those problems result in lowutilization rate of resources, difficulties of resource retrieval, no way of effective sharing oninformation and education resources. The research content of this paper is that apply cloudcomputing to the sharing of higher education resources, reduce the cost of construction andmaintenance on higher education resources, improve the utilization rate of the existingresources, avoid the repetition of the same resources construction.This paper first introduces the status of higher education resources, and the developmentof cloud computing in domestic and international. Then based on the universities educationresources situation, this paper analyzes managerial problems of the university educationresources, described the affect which cloud computing impacts on the integration of collegeeducation resources.Based on the description of structure of cloud computing, this paper designs cloudstructure of higher education resources, and describes a general introduction about thestructure.Refer to the dynamic cloud data center which cloud service provider Microsoft built inthe commercial sphere, this paper constructs universities cloud data center and introduces thefunction of each module and their realization.Then introduced the cloud computing platforms Hadoop, and briefly introduces the keytechnology of Hadoop platform. Build Hadoop platform, based on the Hadoop DistributedFile System (HDFS), and analyzed the feasibility of cloud computing in the integration ofhigher education resourcesTake advantage of cloud computing to manage the education resources of differentuniversities uniformly, integrate a region or even the country’s higher education resources intoa cluster of educational resources, which can effectively solve the shortage of education resources in some colleges. Teachers and students can get information which they need morequickly, and improve utilization efficiency of university information resources andmanagement level. This paper takes several universities in Xi’an for example, simulate someinformation and function, establish a simulated college education resource site based onHadoop platform which built before, and integrate some education resources.Finally, this work has been summarized in the last part of the paper as well as the outlookof future development of cloud computing in education.
