Distributed Storage Technology And The Application In Online E-Learning Education System

Nowadays, as the campus network development, on-line teaching has gradually widely used by the teachers and students for its convenience, speediness, low cost, high feedback. It becomes a very important tool for the tertiary education in every college. But in recent years, nearly every college enlarges student recruitment. This tightens the shortage of teacher especially to the college who has branches in different places. So the e-learning based on the traditional form now can not reach the demand of modern network-teaching requirement.This study not only briefly view the distributed storage technology and its future development, but also states the shortage of these systems from the route and information inquiry point through the comparison among four different topological storage system and analysis of DHT system.After analyzed our university's e-learning system, we have improved the Pastry Mode, established two-level distributed storage system base on the super node technology. We also build up new mode topological storage structure, route method, searching on-line arithmetic, node move addition and off-line maintenance technology etc. We improve the Pastry Mode which is just fit for exact searching by speed and B/S e-learning education system by speed and resource-sharing. The improved mode even can resolve the congestion problem caused by large amount searching at the same time. Most importantly, we develop an improved e-learning education system through this improved mode which can meet the demand of modern e-teaching and give the future development orientation of e-teaching.
