With the development of computer network technology and control technology,the measurement and control technology has developed rapidly. The remote network control system, which uses the computer network technology to carry on the data transmission, is the inevitable trend of development of modern measurement and control system. This system has been widely used in aerospace, aviation, science and technology, industrial production and other fields because of its high efficiency and low cost. Especially when people monitor the equipment of military fire control, using the remote network measurement and control system can greatly protect the safety of the measuring instrument and the experimental personnel.This thesis designs a remote network measurement and control system based on the engine overload simulation test bench which is mainly used for data transmission and remote control. The thesis introduces the development of the measurement and control system and the research at home and abroad and expounds the main content of this paper. After a brief overview of the overall design of the measurement and control system, this thesis describes the measurement and control system from the following aspects: data acquisition subsystem, motion control subsystem, data transmission subsystem and so on. In addition, the relevant technologies used by the control system including IIR digital filter, PID algorithm, Winsock technology are analyzed in detail in this paper. The other functions of the measurement and control system are also introduced and the running images of the system are shown at the end of the thesis.The measurement and control system uses wireless data acquisition card to collect34 channels PCM coded digital signal which comes from the rotary table via wireless transmission and then merges the digital signal with 4 analog signal collected by acquisition. The system uses PLC as the main controller to realize the data collection of the running state of the turntable and the close loop control of the measurement and control objects. The system uses Delphi6.0 as a development tool, uses the server SQL to manage users and storage system parameters and uses TCP/IP as the communication protocol between computers. The software adopts modular design,easy maintenance and extension. This system has great practical value. |
