Embedded Processor Development today, spawned a lot of research, ASIP ASIP(Application Specific Instruction Set Processor) is a new field of research in recent years. ASIP is to compensate for the lack of a general purpose processor designed, you can get the most optimized products, the actual demand for limited resources can be customized according to crop, to introduce a lot of new technology and design.In the course of the study also made a variety of ASIP design methods, from traditional design methods to the behavioral level design methodology, to system-level design approach now based platform design approach. Each design approach has its own advantages and disadvantages. Based on the previous studies on the basis of experience, with the current development of new computer technology, Internet-based platform proposed executable ASIP integrated design environment.This paper presents the design concept is based on the system-level integration and new ways of combining design platform. The idea is to try and integration of advanced Internet platform and cloud computing technology in the design of fusion ASIP ASIP online design platform to build on features and architecture of the ASIP modeling and simulation to achieve the executable. The design of system-level design tasks into ASIP for behavior, structure, integrated three levels, with the parameters of the architecture model as the core, the unified modeling language UML(Unified Modeling Language) ASIP system model using the procedure described compiled The method of serialized extensible markup language XML(extensible markup language).
