Proportional valve controlled hydraulic cylinder system is widely used in the field of metal processing equipments, metallurgical machinery, engineering machinery and drive, with its advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, easy control and suitable for high-power, etc. The nonlinear factors such as variable flow gain and dead zone exist in proportional valve controlled hydraulic cylinder system which make it is difficult to obtain good control effects. Proportional valve controlled hydraulic cylinder synchronization system was regarded as research object. The mathematic model of the synchronous control system was established and analysis of the nonlinear factors exist in the synchronization control system and coupling effects between double hydraulic cylinder was carry out. In addition to this, the control strategy for single cylinder and double cylinder control was developed respectively. At the same time, the test platform was built up and experiment research and comparative analysis were implemented on it.In chapter 1, the research background and significance of the subject are introduced. The main contents of the research and research situation at home and abroad are also included. The composition, working principle and mathematic model of single cylinder and double cylinder control system were elaborated in chapter 2. In addition, the characteristic of system model is analyzed. The process of building the experimental platform which is composed of electrical part and hydraulic part for the system is focused on chapter 3. Chapter 4 analyses the nonlinear factors of synchronous control system and then the corresponding solutions were proposed. In addition to this, the fuzzy PD controller applied on single cylinder control and synchronization controller applied on duplex cylinder control based on ADRC was designed. Chapter 5 complete the synchronization control system software design, including PC interface design based on Lab VIEW and lower machine program design based on ARM processor. Besides, the experimental research and comparative analysis were implemented in Chapter 5 on the experimental platform established in Chapter 2 to validate the design of the control strategy.
