| The coal mine drainage system is one of six major coal mine production systems. The drainage system plays a vital role in the safety production of coal mine. The online monitoring system was generally used in modern coal mine to monitor the drainage equipments. At present, the online monitoring of coal mine drainage system mainly adopts the form of "schematic diagram+legend+data" to display the running status of equipments. The equipment running status can be displayed and the attitude information of the equipment operation is covered. The monitoring mode lacks interaction and cooperation with users and the figurativeness and infectivity is not strong.In the paper, the virtual reality and online monitoring technology are combined to construct the three-dimensional(3D) visualization online monitoring system of coal mine drainage system. The system structure, network construction of the 3D visualization online monitoring system and human-computer interaction function were researched. The main research contents include:Firstly, due to the shortage of the existing online monitoring system of coal mine drainage system, a new construction mode of 3D visualization online monitoring system with immersion and interactive function was proposed. Through the functional architecture analysis of 3D visualization online monitoring system, system level was classified and the modularization and integration of the system was carried out.Secondly, according to the demands of online monitoring of coal mine drainage system, multi-parameter online monitoring system was constructed and the research on multi task real-time online monitoring technology was developed. The information temperature, pressure, speed and flow of the drainage device was collected synchronously and then was transmitted through the bus to the monitoring device for display and the function of parallel processing was realized.Thirdly, the research on scene modeling and interactive modeling function of the online monitoring system for 3D visualization was carried out. The three-dimensional model of coal mine drainage system was constructed with the modeling tool 3Ds MAX. The model structure was optimized and disposed for real. The human-computer interaction functions including the attitude control of the three-dimensional model, display and report of monitoring data, remote control of devices and system roaming were realized with the platform WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation).Fourthly, the 3D visualization online monitoring system platform of coal mine drainage system was developed. The online test was implemented to verify the system function and the real-time data were collected to evaluate the precision of the system.Three dimensional visualization online monitoring system of coal mine drainage system integrates 3D virtual scene and remote online monitoring technology. The online monitoring system with immersion was constructed and the scene of coal mine drainage system was reproduced vividly. The system can display online monitoring data in real time and realize the function of man-machine interaction. The interactive environment can be improved in the monitoring software. The system has fine theoretical value and application prospect in the industrial monitoring field. |
