People on the land by the eye can not see directly deep underwater conditions in such a case, the conventional method can only be held by underwater divers video footage shot by the camera, resulting in a problem of underwater surveillance, using a water floating platformthat mobile video surveillance installation of cameras in a floating platform and control system can well solve the problem. Waters mobile video surveillance floating platformwaters belong to a branch of underwater robots, surveillance and detection from the waters with a wide range of applications, such as underwater environmental monitoring, water quality monitoring, surveillance and other aspects of aquaculture.In this paper, several commonly used embedded operating systems, introduced the current domestic and international development of the waters of underwater robots. In multi-task, frequent switching function, fast response and other factors are analyzed, presented the design of mobile video surveillance floating platformwater control system, the design of embedded μC / OS-II operating system is based, and through hardware and software combination can be achieved.System uses ARM LM3S811 processor core, completed the circuit design of the control system mainly consists of current and voltage detection circuit, remote control circuit, the drive motor circuit, lifting circuit design, circuit, five kinds of video subtitles circuit.By PT2264 AM transmitter 433 MHz keys coded signal and the receiving end of PT2272-M4 decoded signal is sent to the LM3S811 processing, and so on and lift floating platformof motor control, in which the left and right motor circuit selects two groups consisting of two BTS7960 B about H-bridge motor driver the lift driving circuit using the lifting motor TLE5205-2G, using the ARM chip AD converter and the current value of the analog voltage value of the real-time acquisition ACS712, MAX7456 various current, voltage, speed, and direction information of characters displayed on the screen in real time. Connection transplant embedded μC/OS-II kernel, compile and download the system program code through the JTAG port and PC.System realizes the floating platformaround, start and stop and slow, medium, high-speed switching, underwater video capture device movements, such as the operation of the current floating platformtarget function OSD display. After several rounds of field testing has made a lot of video data and water quality data to prove the stability and reliability of the control system.
