With the development of electronic products in their daily lives more and more widely, the motor are widely used in many areas ,the domestic motor,s fields has been a large degree of development,。With the motor production base quickly transfer to the domestic market, Domestic motor manufacturers must rely on technological innovation to produce high-quality brand-name products that promotes the business of technology development, technological innovation, technological innovation and technological progress and improve product quality and market competitiveness that is increase the international competitiveness of domestic motors products on the whole.With Growing demand for electrical products in the market and The requirements of the motor higher and higher,The more effective system development of motor control system development is necessary. If the development of motor control system has the good Monitor System,the good Monitor will be more convenient to the development of motor control system and reduce development cycle .The mian work of the hardware and software research of motor system monitoring is to monitor the parameters of motor control system ,saves the state of motors and stores the error message of motor control system when the motor is being debugged,This thesis introduced a mathematical model, the working principle and vector control of synchronous motor and describes the meaning of the motor system monitoring.The main work of the lower machine of the motor system monitoring converted USB communication to CAN communications and convert CAN communication to USB communications, so this paper introduced the USB communication and CAN communications. This paper introduced the hardware applications and hardware circuits of the lower machine of the motor system and lower machine software and PC software.The control chip of the lower machine was STM32F105,so it implements the tasks of the lower machine system. The lower machine system software compiled on the IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM 5.50.The PC software conpiled on the Vsiual C + + 6.0. The lower machine system software shows, store and read the motor control system parameters and display an error message.
