With the increase of people’s living standard, people pay more and more attention to the quality of health, sterilization equipment as the guardians of the human health, its application is a powerful measures to protect people life and health. Pulsating vacuum sterilizer sterilization has the advantages of high efficiency and short sterilization cycle, it is widely used in medical, pharmaceutical companies and research department, and has broad market prospect.On the other hand, because of the diversity, the uneven distribution of cabin temperature in steam sterilization objects and other factors, which causes the sterilization is not ideal. Aiming at this problem, the key technology problem in the research of the pulsating vacuum sterilizer control algorithm and the optimization of the control parameters are studied. The main research work is as follows:(1) According to the working principle of pulsating vacuum sterilizer, based on the high-performance microprocessor of STM32F103RCT6, Design and development the hardware platform of pulsating vacuum sterilizer. According to the function requirements of the system, embedded software is developed under ucos-II operating system. Choose the kingviw as the development of PC software, realize the real-time display of the experimental data and historical data record, and other functions.(2) Aiming at the problem of PID parameter setting time, the self-tuning PID control algorithm is studied, this paper discusses the realization form of self-tuning PID control algorithm, and the self-tuning PID control algorithm is applied to a pulse vacuum sterilization controller. Field experiment results show that PID parameters can meet the control requirements using this setting method.(3) Because of the sterilization object is complicated, the traditional PID control method is difficult to carry out effective control of sterilization equipment. In order to solve this problem, using the gain of the fuzzy PID control strategy, the artificial operation experience will be integrated into the control system. On the basis of experiment and experience, the rule table of fuzzy control is established. This paper gives the design of the fuzzy controller, the PID controller parameters can be adjusted on-line. The simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the control effect, meet the system requirements.(4) According to the temperature distribution in sterilizer steam, the differences between temperature measurements and temperature of sterilizer chamber center. Method of multi-sensor fuzzy is put forward to optimize the set point of temperature. With the experiment platform of multi-sensor temperature acquisition, the optimization method is verified.
