In today’s global efforts to promote industrial development into the 4.0 era,with increasingl y high degree of industrial automation,meanwhile,which makes the control object and environm ent of industrial control systems become more complex, likewise,it means that the control algor ithm has more stringent requirements.Currently, as to the conventional PID control algorithm, since the algorithm is simple, goo d reliability and high stability, which often used in industrial control,and conventional PID cont rol is usually applied in a linear system and can create an instance of the exact mathematical mo del. However, facing complex parameters of the control object and environment, conventional P ID control system is not fully complete set of control requirements, and in the real industrial ap plications, the traditional PID parameter adjustment method is more complex, often adjust perfo rmance is awful, difficult to cope with complex industrial control environment. In order to meet the needs of modern industrial control, we must continue with the new control algorithm with t he traditional control algorithms are fused each other. Fuzzy control technology as intelligent co ntrol only appeared in a controlled manner, without the controlled object precise mathematical e xpression, based on the human mind and engineering experience with the conversion rule lang uage to describe control. This avoids the industrial field encountered in complex, non-linear and condition difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, fuzzy control features just to mak e up the traditional PID control weaknesses.In this paper, based on fuzzy control and traditional PID control their own characteristics, r efer to the corresponding advantages and disadvantages, complete fuzzy self-tuning PID control ler design. Then, based on the conventional PID controller and the early implementation of inte grated fuzzy inference rule base to complete the PID parameters of the real-time auto-tuning. M eanwhile, in order sophisticated algorithms reliability, paper use some mathematical model con trol as an example, And a combination of different controllers and algorithms in MATLAB/Si mulink simulation environment to control the whole system simulation, and control the results were compared.and fuzzy self-tuning PID control and conventional PID control in governor sys tern simulation results were analyzed and compared.To further confirm the feasibility of fuzzy self-tuning PID control, while brushless DC motor speed again as an example, fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm to achieve complete motor control system hardware and software and other related work, so the effect of adjusting the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller can be easily s ee..
