In the Vacuum Micro-dosing Equipment, a phenomenon exists for a long time, namely not reaching quantitative precision demand .Based on viscous dydro-mechanics ,the paper analyzes and compares diversified factors ,then confirms the temperature as control parameter .Because the structure of the heating system is complicated ,and there are more interferential factors ,and servonechanism and tache meddled by man exit in the control traditional way can't be used to actualize the control and adjust of temperature .But fuzzy control simulates operator's control experience ,not depends on control behavior of controlled object ,not establishes mathematical model of controlled object .So using elementary theory of fuzzy control ,temperature control system of Vacuum Micro-dosing equipment is established ,which achieve the check and adjust of temperature of casting material ,attain the quantitative precision demand ,reduce wastrel, increase financial gain of enterprises. In allusion to temperature control system of Vacuum Micro-dosing equipment , the paper designs software and hardware .At first ,based on equipment's working characteristic and working condition appropriate temperature sensor is selected ;secondly ,hardware system for data collection is designed, accomplishing the juncture with PC ;at last ,software is contrived for data collecting and processing .working interface and correlative information display ,which form temperature control system of Vacuum Micro-dosing equipment .And based on MATLAB ,using Fuzzy control system of MATALAB simulationand optimization are processed ,making the designed fuzzy control reach expected effect.
