The development of modern technology depends largely on product testing technology. As the product degree of complication and diversification, the test method and detection means of accelerating update become inevitable trend. The computer network communication technology and distributed processing technology progress, for the research of advanced to adapt to the demand of distributed data acquisition and processing system provides a good foundation. Combining a research institute of project, for distributed data acquisition and processing system of communication and task scheduling management technology research.In order to satisfy the system of real-time demand based on the analysis of characteristic and properties of the distributed system and comparison of existing the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of distributed object technology, the system data communication mechanism is proposed based on CORBA middleware protocol. Meanwhile, considering the system for the real-time demand of data transmission, adopted excellent products based on CORBA specification – TAO construction method of real-time system and the middleware are discussed in detail the implementation of the method. According to the multitasking and high real-time capability’s characteristics of the system, papers on the system of task scheduling management and multi-thread synchronization technology is illustrated in theory, implemented the application of the technology in the aspect of data processing test. Finally, paper studied by in the project in the technology to implement the data communication mechanism of system test, validation show that system can guarantee the real-time and accuracy of data transmission.
