Design And Development Of Digital Publicservice Platform For Urban Community

With the development of government information as the goal and based on the actual situation, the digital public service platform of urban community can analyze the problems of social service management,it’s designed and developed eight subsystems of government service platform, including the service center, community channels, query center, virtual nursing home, the public demand for calling system, housekeeping center, personal center and background management platform.First, according to the software engineering thoughtway,the research of the domestic and foreign present situation and the information construction situation of our country social service management,the digital social service management platform need to be built.This paper describes how the urban community digital public service platform is designed and developed.Secondly, based on the analysis of functional requirements, performance requirements and security requirements of the urban community digital public service platform, The overall design and detailed design of the system are completed, The basic frame of system and the structure and function of sub system are determined. Using B/S multilayer structure and Java development model based on EE MVC,the system has realized five modules of the public demand for calling system,including bas ic definition management, call center, personal office, user management, system management.Finally, in a simulated environment,according to user needs and system design requirements,the public demand for calling system functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, compatibility and other characteristics was tested.
