Mine hoisting equipment is the important large fixed equipment in coal mine production system, whose safe and reliable operation is the essential condition of coal mine safety production. At present, the domestic most of the main operation parameters for coal mine hoisting equipment for real-time monitoring, but also can not be timely and effective fault diagnosis and fault prediction and equipment management work, result in mine hoisting equipment repair, maintenance, efficiency is not high. In this paper, based on the research of equipment health management and fault diagnosis technology, the general technical scheme of mine hoisting equipment health management system is put forward. Through the comparison analysis of equipment failure, equipment failure characteristics, equipment fault diagnosis and prediction method, the mine hoisting equipment fault diagnosis and prediction method, the implementation method of expert knowledge base and inference engine are presented, which are based on the expert system, and verified through simulation test. The building method of mine hoisting equipment database is proposed by summing up the composing mode data, basic data and status data of the mine hoisting equipment, including device information management, fault maintenance management, the fault case database management and spare parts management. Using virtual network (VPN) technology, in the event of failure to build the core systems business model framework, equipment and experts to establish a database of knowledge base, the health management system for mine hoisting equipment is developed, which has the function of remote service based on the Internet and realizes the fault diagnosis and forecasting as well as the equipment management of the mine hoisting equipment, system development from two aspects of hardware configuration and software development, mainly introduces the system of software development, including the technical scheme, overall architecture and module development. This system in fengfeng group wutong zhuang coal mine no.2 main shaft for the application,Concerning the special requirements of application field added expert database and equipment database, use of virtual private networks connected site and companym, application test results showed that the general fault diagnosis accuracy by more than 98%, the complex fault diagnosis accuracy by more than 93%, for fault prediction success rate of 90% or more, this system can guide the field fast fault processing, fault preventive maintenance and health management.
