With the upgrade and popularity of smart mobile devices,mobile internet monitoring and configuration design has become one of the key technologies for industrial Internet applications in the era of modern intelligent manufacturing,users want to use a mobile device such as a mobile phone to monitor the configuration pictures anytime,anywhere,instead of limiting their work location to the factory and office.With the rapid development of Internet technology and the improvement and maturity of programming languages,web page performance and desktop program performance are almost the same,Designed with B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,while enabling cross-platform,it can also run on smart mobile devices.However,because mobile devices such as PCs,tablets,and mobile phones have great differences in screen size,resolution,and interaction modes,and also need to solve compatibility problems of various platforms,the configuration monitoring software has the same performance capability on different platforms.Based on HTML5,CSS and Javascript technology,the paper designs the configuration monitoring software in B/S mode,draws the configuration graphics by using embedded SVG,and adopts responsive layout design,so that the software can adjust the graphic position or size on different devices,and could be compatible with mobile devices.The server side stores the picture structure relationship in MySQL,and innovatively uses Redis to store the configuration monitoring pictures.The design adopts the front-end separation frame,the front and back ends use Ajax to realize data communication,use websocket technology to transmit real-time data,so that complete real-time configuration monitoring function.
