Wireless Sensor Networkis composed of a large number of sensor nodes deployed in a monitoring area and is a multi-hop self-organizing network system with wireless communication way. Due to the limited node energy, so how to reduce the node energy consumption and improve data transmission efficiency and prolong the survival of network node are particularly important.This paper proposes a combination of multicast and hierarchical clustering Ring-Star mixed topology model RSMP and routing protocols RSMPRP, the model of all the nodes in the multicast layer according to the physical location information is distributed in different clusters, each cluster member in the star structure, the Leader of each cluster node and forward new layer cluster of forwarding layer cluster head nodes connected with ring structure. Forward layer composed of cluster head nodes mapping value according to the comprehensive ability of node of the high and low building in clockwise ring topology structure, and considering the capacity value size and the distance of the node from the Sink node to elect a first node Root to communicate directly with the Sink node, is responsible for receiving data from the Sink node and transmitted to the lower will be lower at the same time to collect the information sent to the Sink node, eventually be based on the model put forward a kind of energy saving, high reliability and low transmission delay of routing protocol RSMPRP. Through the analysis and discussion, and the simulation results show that RSMPRP can reduce the number of node energy consumption and improve survival nodes number, and reduce the data transmission delay.
