As a new medium, We Media has shown its unique function of consensus; it improves and builds the modern civilization. From question to rely on, this method which is different from traditional media has dominated people’s thought and social behavior directly. However, We Media that is low cost, zero threshold and plebification makes "positive energy" on social ethics, it also facing multiple difficulties at public value. So we need to set up corresponding moral bottom lines to regulate it.How to solve the question of consensus about We Media? What codes should people stick to when they facing public distresses of We Media? And how to evaluate such codes? Does We Media could develop harmoniously? These questions also cause concern in theory circles.With We Media as the study object, this research was divided into six parts, the first chapter talk about the situation of We Media from theoretical background. The second chapter discusses various basic concepts of We Media from domestic and foreign scholars. The third chapter explains what public distresses do We Media facing. And the fourth chapter analyzes some questions and solution about public distress and ethical morals landslide by questionnaire. The last chapter also puts various solutions from five aspects and these all devote to solve crisis from questionnaire. Through the interview and the questionnaire. Start with understand how We Media is going, To explore and solve public distresses and ethical issues of developmental We Media as a breakthrough point. With the goal of seeking reasonable way to optimize the public value of We Media. Stick to the bottom line of We Media and urge it developed regularly.to provide theoretical support for We Media, enrich the national consensus.
