Along with our country public service system gradually perfect, the museum is more cultural radiation of industry transformation and upgrading, museum, park’s expansion, the structure of the spike in the number of audience and the audience all showed a trend of diversification, based on this, guidance information design should also gradually improve. Therefore, how to bridge between exhibition at the museum and the audience has a high-quality and efficient information communication bridge, maximize the museum guide information service functions, become an urgent problem oriented information design.In June 2015, the author graduated work in accordance with the class to the city of east China five topics during the professional study, visited the Shanghai museum, Shanghai museum, Shanghai museum of contemporary art, suzhou museum, nanjing museum and zhejiang museum and so on six museum, as a spectator and design professional students, in the process of visit, found the museum guide information design also exist some common problems, including:the logic relation of information organization improper handling; Improper information medium of choice and optimization; Audience demand analysis and the information content of visual design should be further strengthened. This article through the analysis of the spread of the museum, society, education function caused by the audience’s cognitive, emotional, learning needs change, study how to meet the demand of audience’s guide information distribution to provide effective information services; Through diversified media environment caused by selective audience psychology, analysis conforms to the audience’s psychology of different media should carry what types of information, how to optimize the combination between different media, to show clearly the museum azimuth information; By refining the audience cognition pattern, analysis guide information to facilitate audience understand logic relationship how to organize, order to skillfully reproduce exhibition. It is because the audience demand, audience selectivity of psychological and cognitive mode affects the performance of audience behavior at the same time, therefore, the study of audience behavior influence factor is the basis of the implementation guide information effectively serve the audience.Based on the above thinking, this paper attempts to explore the problem are as follows:The first function analysis, combining with the museum audience demand and its influence on the position of information distribution;Second, audience selectivity of guidance information media under the influence of psychological selection and optimization;Third, receiving information audiences cognitive model to guide the influence factors of information organization.By means of literature data collection, reading and analyzing, the author with the help of communication, museum of science, informatics and relevant theory, on audience behavior, museum, oriented design theory to explore the relationship among information, and connecting with the instance, the museum guide information in text information hierarchy information on performance, the visual rendering, color identification information and culture three aspects proposed the reasonable design proposal, so as to achieve the museum guide information design the purpose of timely and effective service for the audience.
