Currently, power management is a heavy and complicated work. Electricity peak, electricity trough and the increase, elimination, modification, expansion of the electric power equipment need to pay a lot of manpower and financial resources. Traditional electricity management relies on human to monitor operating conditions of the electric power continuously, still using a paper-based media. This method is not only inefficient, but also difficult to achieve precise management. Using the Internet technology to manage electric power system can greatly improve the efficiency of power management and reduce management costs. After a detailed analysis and research about its power management in current company, State grid electric power company in Shandong decided to design and implement Chinese Shandong electric power new expanded business management system.State Grid Shandong electric power new expanded business management system adopts B/S structure model, using the MVC development thought. The system was designed as a whole framework combining with the current popular development framework SSH (Struct2+Spring+Hibernate3) technology. Users send the corresponding requests in the system page. After the requests arriving to the background, the request message is intercepted by ActionServlet. Then parse request to find the corresponding mapping Action from the configuration file Struct-config.xml. After finding the corresponding Action, it complete the request processing. After calling the business process logic JavaBean, JavaBean calls database interface to find data, and then fills the corresponding data into ActionForms. The resulting JSP page will be produced. Finally, the result will be displayed in the browser, in the form of an HTTP response. We use SQL SERVER 2014 database to manage data, and provide data support for the system at the same time.This system implemented the requirements demanded by the system, containing all functions required by the power management. The functions mainly include client application confirmation, high-pressure new expanded business, low-pressure new expanded business and temporary electricity utilization management. The client application confirmation mainly includes power application and access customer credit; The high-pressure new expanded business mainly includes the high-pressure new assembling business and high-pressure compatibilizing business; The low-pressure new expanded business mainly includes low-pressure non-resident new assembling business, low-pressure residents new assembling business, low-pressure non-resident compatibilizing business and low-pressure residents compatibilizing business; The temporary electricity utilization management mainly includes temporary electricity utilization with table, temporary electricity utilization without table and new assembling, temporary electricity utilization without table and deferment, temporary electricity utilization without table and termination.After actual operation of State Grid Shandong electric power new expanded business management system, Shandong electric power staffs give consistent high praise to it. The system is not only convenient for customers’ all kinds of electric power demand, but also can improve the quality and efficiency of the power management services.
