Design And Implementation Of Chemical Laboratory Management System For Jinan Vocational College

In the subject the business needs of Jinan Chemical Laboratory of the Nursing Vocational College practical management are regarded as the research background, in order to design and develop the laboratory management system of the chemical laboratory management business needs, to help the school to achieve information and scientific laboratory management, through the investigation and research of the present situation of the school laboratory management and the analysis of the laboratory business processes and the use of information management technology, database management technology and computer communication technology.According to the goal of the laboratory management system, the subject determines potential users, and on this basis, through in-depth and comprehensive exchange, the subject quires the comprehensive effective communication needs of users, the defined system functional requirements and non functional requirements. A Business flow chart is used to arrange and analyze the flow of the chemical management business. The keys are used to clarify the users core needs of the chemical laboratory management system, Both the software design ideas and design UML software engineering modeling technology are adopted in the lab management system, the main work including the system architecture design, module partition and design, class design and database design. Based on the general design of the system,both the detailed design and the core business module are adopted, so the implementation of the database of the main page table of the system is achieved. Finally,a detailed plan for the developed chemical lab management system is formed using a system testing method.Both the function and performance of the system are tested using the test cases of both the formed system function and performance, and the test results are analyzed in detail. The test results show that the system design meets both the design goals and the business needs of the user management of the chemical laboratory.The project has been entered into the stage of trial operation, with both stable operation and good performance. Through the treatment of both the chemical laboratory data management and business process,both the school laboratory management work efficiency and the service level are improved. In the stage of the trial operation some problems also have been exposed, for example,the design of the page table of person and computer is simple,and some data design is not very suitable,which provides some important basis for the development and maintenance of the second step system.
