With the increasingly severe global environmental pressure, the thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards are more and more strict in China. In order to improve the efficiency of coal-fired generating units integrated desulfurization and reduce emissions of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, the Ministry of Environmental Protection requires that the bypass systems of flue gas desulfurization are completely blocked in the coal-fired power plant. To achieve the discharge standards of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas, the viable solutions of thermal power control nitrogen oxide emissions are the implementation of low-nitrogen burners transformation and installing denitrification devices. The unit wind and smoke systems and combustion systems features change a lot after the above transformation and it’s also necessary to optimize the coordination, steam temperature, wind and smoke systems and other important control systems.By relevant technical research, grasp the status and relevant experience of present thermal power plant desulfurization and denitrification transformation and build the wind and smoke systems model without desulfurization bypass and the machine oven properties models after the transformation of the low nitrogen burners by the advanced simulation tools. Summarize the protection logic optimization program of the control system and optimization program of automatic adjustment system after desulfurization and denitrification transformation. Under the situations of conditions of the device itself to meet the requirements, Complete thermal control system logic optimizations which are in line with the characteristics of the new device after the transformation. And hosts coordination, main steam temperature, wind and smoke control system and desulfurization and denitrification control system sastisfy the requirements of control index of<Power plant Analog control system line acceptance test>. And AGC functions are better than the indicators before the the transformation. By the control system optimization of desulfurization transformation to achieve desulphurization unit and synchronous generators, long-term, stable operation and to reduce the occurence of unplanned outages due to the desulfurization system key equipment failure. After the renovation of denitration and carbon burners and the optimization of the Coordinated Control System, Improve the overall operational efficiency of the unit and FM peaking capacity,Enhance the competitiveness of the electricity market. It’s important to improve desulfurization and denitrification system reliability and improve control accuracy and guarantee the safe operation of the unit by researching the object. And it also has a good use value.
