Coordinated Control System is a complicated multi-variable control system. It is valuable to study the Coordinated Control System for improving the automatic degree and security economical operation level of thermal power plant. In this paper the algorithms of Multi-variable Dynamic Matrix Control(MDMC) and Pair of Value Dynamic Matrix Control(PVDMC) and their applications are proposed on the Unit Coordinated Control System . Points below are concentrated:1. The development of Coordinated Control System and Predictive Control System are introduced. The math-model and dynamic characteristics of 300MW unit are discussed.2. The realization of DMC and MDMC are given. Some improvements on reference-curve -> error-truncation are presented .3. The design of PVDMC based on multi-variable are put forward after the introduction of PVDMC that adopted in the single-variable control system by far.4. MDMC and MPVDMC are applied on the Coordinated Control System and these algorithms are testified of their stability ^ rapidness and robustness based on Matlab simulations.As a result, the control algorithms in this article can be designed properly and have good dynamic quality on Coordinated Control System.
