Today in the 21st century,the fast-developing information technology and the deepening reform of education system greatly affect the education management patterns and means.On account of the educational management provides services to college daily teaching work,and it needs to use advanced information technology to organize and manage activities related to the process of teaching work,and manage the dispersed information resources in a unified manner to make them expansive and extensive in space and time.in order to ensure the completion of the teaching goal with high quality and efficiency.Therefore,it has been becoming the current hot research topic to establish college educational management system on the web platform.The paper based on the college educational management information construction as the background,analyzing the educational management work processes from the business requirements of college teaching,using the advanced J2EE technology,,using Tomcat as a container for JSP,combined with the background of the JavaBeans component technology,designs a architecture description of the College Educational Management System Based on web,and implements system with hierarchical design and modular implementation.The system uses the MySQL database management platform for data storage, operating conveniently and managing easily.In the analysis and design phase,it takes the method from top to bottom to plan.The paper determines three hierarchical architecture,which respectively are representation layer of the user interface,logic layer for application business and data service,data access layer for the response of data request.The paper designs data tables and the key tables relationship structure of the system,and designs the system security from network, identity and log three sides,to improve the performance of the system in an all-round way. The system uses the bottom-up method to divide functions respectively from the educational administrators,teachers and students three parts for the development and realization.Functions of the educational administrators include basic information management,student management,educational administration management,teacher management,teaching management and system management;functions of the teachers include profile management,teaching management,scientific achievements management,rewards and office management;and the students implements the functions of student status management,training management, rewards and office management,etc.Every function module has friendly interface,simply operating,covering the individual businesses of daily college educational administration.By using the college educational management system, which based on web realizes human-computer interaction,which is a new type of management mode.The system lesses constraints of time and space of user’s activity and shares high information resources,so as to achieve the goal of the humanized teaching management behavior and the multifarious task agent.
